Benchtop configuration for semi-automatic operation

A base with  feet,  built-in  power  supply  and a 2-hand control is available to operate  in stand-alone mode.  This  configuration  has  a  nest assembly under the   head  of  the machine. Operation requires an  operator  to place components  into  the nest and trigger the finger switches, thus cycling the machine.

2-Station rotary table for continuous operation

A  2-station  rotary index table, target part sensor  and light curtain with an E-stop circuit make   this  platform available to operate in  continuous mode. The rotary table is effectively a "nest changer" and allows non-stop assembly with one operator.
